If you’re trying to take a break from packing Cheerios and crackers, below you will find a list of healthy and simple snacks for your toddler.

Fresh Fruits

You can offer your toddler a wide variety of colors, packed with vitamins and fiber. Fruit is a perfect finger food.

  • Grapes (Halved, if you are worried about choking)
  • Watermelon cubes
  • Bananas

Vegetables

As your toddler gets in the habit of snacking on vegetables, they will be more likely to eat them as they continue growing.

Protein snacks

Keep your toddler’s energy levels high while boosting their immune system.

Dairy

Strengthen your toddler’s developing bones by giving them much-needed calcium and Vitamin D.

  • Cheese (cubed, Babybel, sliced)
  • Yogurt Tubes (frozen)
  • Cottage Cheese

Whole Grains

A diet rich in whole grains means a decreased risk of chronic disease and an increased dose of fiber will aid healthy bowel function for your kiddo.
