Oatmeal Banana Carrot Muffins

These healthy muffins are gluten-free and sneak a little veggie into your kids breakfast!

  • 2 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Carrots shredded


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line muffin tins with liners. You can also just spray with a non-stick spray if you don’t want to use liners. 

  2. Put all of your ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until it is smooth. 

  3. Divide the batter between your muffin cups and bake for 15-20 minutes. A toothpick will come out clean when done.
